As much as it hurts me deep down inside,
I know this is all we can ever be.
I'm not asking for more, I'm just feeling a little sore.
When I think of you my world is in a hurled whirl,
you make me glad when i'm feeling sad.
I wish I could burst out and let you know how I feel, but that would be near anything real.
As it rains tonight, my heart wants me to write.
